What you'll do...
The Brand Manager for the Spark Driver Brand will be responsible for leading the efforts to establish and elevate the Spark Driver app brand. This role involves a significant analytical component, requiring close collaboration with the research team to inform and develop effective brand and marketing strategies aimed at building brand equity and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the research team to gather and analyze market data and consumer insights, using this information to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies designed to establish and enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand objectives and deliver on expected outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to brand messaging and positioning.
- Monitor and report on brand performance, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments to strategies and tactics.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for brand-related activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to ensure the Spark brand remains relevant and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and market analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with research teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand vision and the ability to innovate and execute impactful marketing initiatives.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and software to monitor performance and guide decisions.
- A proactive leader and strategic thinker who is passionate about building brands.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A strong problem-solver with a collaborative attitude and a drive for results.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
