We love going to the pool. The kids especially like going during the winter time. We’ve had snowball fights and went swimming afterwards in the same day. The lifeguards at the pool seem very attentive. The slides and diving boards are a huge hit, for everyone.
There is outside play ground for kids. It has verity games and it has zip line my kid loves it. But not much sings for kids play ground. But it will be awesome if you take drive round the community centre it will be nice. Lot of games inside and out side available. We family hang up centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Fantastic Faculity in every aspect. Went to swim ended up in awe of what a well kept beautiful facility this is for my community. Every area was very clean well kept. Raised Track n Basketball area didn't have that funk most do. The community rooms were well stocked very updated plenty of supplies. Catering kitchen for rent was over top fantastic. Swimming pool was not chemical smell no skin or breathing reactions. The pool was great temperature not uncomfortable, big water slides, and indoor water pad play center. Lazy river, basket ball, lap pools. Even a library room. Come play for a day or get a cheap monthly pass

***Closed due to inclement weather. Seems fine to me…Due to the winter storms this week, the community center sent out communication on Tuesday that it would be closed Wednesday. The snow was scheduled to start late Wednesday evening / early Thursday morning. Bentonville was hit hard with snow Thursday and made roads unsafe for travel Thursday and Friday. By the time Saturday came around, the roads were much better with the snow melting - and I took this picture arriving to the community center Saturday morning. How / why is this closed & with no notice to members on Saturday still? The entire parking lot was free of snow / ice and was even plowed in some areas. Frustrating that members weren’t able to access facilities resulting from poor planning.
We have been members for 2 years and until recently we were very pleased. It seems as though the quality of service has gone down hill as we have repeatedly encountered rude and unprofessional front desk and check in staff. I emailed my feedback a few weeks ago citing specific instances of poor customer service and have yet to receive a response. Today, my family once again received rude treatment from the same employee. It’s disappointing that the community center is unwelcoming and unable to provide a friendly environment for families. I am hopeful that there will be some positive changes however have little confidence that there will be as they do not seem to value their members.
