Living Hope Eating Disorder Treatment Center is located in Norman Oklahoma and Bentonville Arkansas. Serving patients in the Oklahoma City Metro Area, NW Arkansas, and from all over the country. Living Hope EDTC, believes that all foods fit, and takes a Health at Every Size approach to eating disorder treatment. We offer different levels of care, Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Residential Treatment. At our IOP and PHP programs we are gender inclusive, ages 13+. At our Residential Treatment Center, we are gender inclusive, ages 15+.

Millcreek Behavioral Health - Group Home

Millcreek Behavioral Health, located in Fordyce, Arkansas, is a psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for children and adolescents ages 6-17. Our residential program helps individuals who are struggling with behavioral health concerns and co-occurring addictions. We strive to meet each young person where they are in their healing journey by providing them with a safe environment where they can grow. Our programming offers each patient the chance to address behavioral and emotional concerns while learning tools for continued success. During their time with us, patients work with a diverse team of professionals, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, nutritionists, certified teachers, and case managers. The length of time a patient stays in our residential program depends on their individual needs, goals, and progress. However, most patients stay at our PRTF for four to six months. Our case managers provide support by helping patients transition to a less restrictive level of care or back to their regular routines after they complete treatment.

Springwoods Behavioral Health

Springwoods Behavioral Health offers acute crisis inpatient treatment for children ages 10 and up and adults who may be facing one or more of the following issues: Depression/mood disorders Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) Bipolar disorder Suicidal behaviors Homicidal behaviors Conduct disorder Oppositional/defiant disorder Inappropriate/disruptive behaviors Emotional difficulties Anxiety disorders. Springwoods also offers a specialized acute crisis inpatient program for individuals ages 10 and up with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Genetic Disorders.

Millcreek Behavioral Health - Education Program

At Millcreek Behavioral Health, we believe that every child needs quality educational support in order to thrive. We offer a comprehensive education program that is approved and accredited by the Arkansas Department of Education. Young people who have behavioral health and developmental disorders and are in one of our residential programs can receive customized educational interventions through our education program. Our teachers are licensed by the state of Arkansas and deliver individualized lesson plans that are tailored to each young person’s needs. Students attend classes in a stimulating environment that is designed to promote their intellectual, social, and emotional growth and development. In addition to caring for each patient’s educational needs, the teachers in our education program provide speech and language therapies, occupational therapy, and physical therapy for students.
